150i Platform Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the rules and conditions for using the 150i platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.
These terms apply to all users of the 150i platform in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 150i platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
The 150i platform is an online entertainment service restricted to users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are acting on your own behalf. Use of the platform by ineligible individuals is strictly prohibited.
150i reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted only one active account on the 150i platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed without compensation.
During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. 150i reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including prior to processing your first withdrawal. Required documents may include a national ID, bank statement, or other relevant documentation.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login details. Do not share this information with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 150i support team immediately. The platform will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access due to user negligence.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Users of the 150i platform agree to use it solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised method to access or operate the platform
- Engaging in fraud, identity falsification, or any unlawful activity
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or system errors for unauthorised gain
- Launching cyberattacks or any form of interference against the platform's systems
- Sharing or selling account access to third parties
- Using the platform for money laundering or any financial criminal activity
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of funds, and where applicable, legal action.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the 150i platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via the payment methods listed on the platform, including online banking transfers via FPX and local Malaysian e-wallets.
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. For any delays or issues, users should contact customer support with proof of transaction.
For withdrawals, users must complete the identity verification process before their first request is processed. 150i reserves the right to determine withdrawal processing times based on the chosen method and the account's verification status. Eligible withdrawal requests will be processed within 1–5 business days.
150i reserves the right to suspend or reject any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, the platform may freeze the account while an investigation is carried out.
5. Liability Limitations & Disclaimer
The 150i platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, 150i makes no guarantee that the service will always be available, free from technical errors, or free from external disruptions.
150i shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from:
- Service disruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control
- Disputed game outcomes, provided the RNG system is functioning correctly
- Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence
- Financial losses arising from a user's betting decisions
Users are solely responsible for their own betting decisions. 150i provides an entertainment platform only and bears no responsibility for individual betting outcomes.
6. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
150i reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any terms in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform in a manner that is harmful to the platform or other users.
In the event of an account suspension, any legitimate funds in the account will be frozen while the investigation is ongoing. Once the investigation concludes, 150i will make a decision based on the findings. Funds belonging to users who have been cleared will be returned via an appropriate method.
Users may also request to close their own account by contacting customer support. Any eligible balance will be refunded upon completion of the required verification process.
7. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, and software on the 150i platform are the exclusive property of 150i or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The 150i platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. 150i is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Users access such links at their own risk.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law, and any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved in accordance with procedures established by the relevant authorities. By using the 150i platform, users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia.
